2, Favourite memory from you time in the community?
There are so many to pick just one. So here are my most memorable that could to mind;
Starting the day at a 6 am session, laughing so hard when trying to throw and catch a frisbee during the warm up! A really good one has been doing monkey grips with Tony! The one I am most proud a lot, was receiving my first & only trophy in my first year as a member (Rookie of the Year)
3, Program you have loved most (ie boxing, cardio, toning, stretch & flex etc)
I’ve always enjoyed the cardio and boxing sessions particularly the ones when we’ve used the Ashfield foot bridge and also the Mystery Cardio sessions.
