Each week has a clear focus — from mastering movement and building strength in the early weeks, to improving endurance, conditioning, and performance as you progress. You’ll have personal coaching, progress tracking, and accountability every step of the way.

Personal Training

Get the guidance and support needed to train safely and effectively. Each week follows a structured & tailored program, beginning with movement quality and foundational strength before progressing into conditioning, endurance, and performance. Every session builds on the last to keep training purposeful, balanced, and results-driven.

accountability & progress tracking

To help stay on track, each week includes check-ins and measurable goals that help maintain consistency, highlight improvements, and ensure steady progress throughout the challenge and beyond.

unlimited group classes

Take advantage of unlimited classes each week, offering a new mix of training styles and intensity levels, including HIIT, BOXING, TONING and STRETCH & FLEX. The variety keeps your body adapting and your motivation high, while the group environment keeps you engaged, connected, and excited to show up and get involved.

Free Consultation & Movement-Screening

A free 45-minute consultation and movement screening built to set your direction for the next six weeks. You’ll map out clear goals, uncover strengths and weaknesses, and spot any imbalances holding you back, so your training starts with confidence, purpose and structure… then finishes with results.
